I am in US on L1-B visa, my I-130 has been approved and waiting for status to become current. I will be applying for AOS by June/15/2015. My L1-B/I-94 visa is expiring on July-31-2015.
Question:
#1. Can I apply for L1-B extension after applying for AOS ?
#2. Say if I apply for AOS by June/15/2015, can I still STAY and WORK in US after July/31/205 (my L1-B expired)?
#3 Can I concurrently apply for AOS & L1-B extension ?
