Hello!
My fiance and I are currently residing in Seoul. He is American on an E2 visa (Teacher) and I am a Korean citizen. We are going to get married this month and will do DCF asap. My question is in regards to the visa he is on. His visa will expire in 2 months, which is cutting it close. We were planning on getting married and switching his visa status to F6 in Korea which is a Spouse visa for him.
Would it be okay to file the DCF with him on a Spouse Visa? I want to make sure, because everything I've read on he DCF in Seoul is with people with E2 Visas. Both visas give residency in Korea.
Thank you!

Thank you very much for that site. According to the site I believe the visa itself does not matter as long it is a kind of long term visa to stay in the country.
