To the newbie who just decided to post on my thread,
Let me be clear, I have a lawyer and at no time was this scenario ever discussed.
One would think that after all the time, documentation, money and waiting (17months to this point)
That the process would have been resolved. Like I stated, the visa was listed as printed and processed after four days...
My question was why did it then change to administrative processing. I spoke to my lawyer and was advised of many possible reasons.
My point is don't you think that after months of paperwork and background checks leading up to the interview would have resolved any issues or be questioned at the interview?
As far as restitution my comment is in regards to the research I did on this subject before even coming to this social site that by all accounts is on par with others that seem to have people like yourself not looking to help or add advice but to criticize and try and scold me? Really who said I was complaining, if that was what you gleamed from my comments then let me spell out a real reason to complain. I have been away from my family for 17 months, I have went through the proper legal channels to immigrate them and paid thousands in lawyer and associated fees, not to mention my wife and daughter had to travel over 1700 miles to even get to the embassy, and when you get to the interview and it is basically a five minute time frame and they approve you kind of feel like you have gotten to the end of a long hard road, but then you feel like there is an unknown factor with the AP, IT HAS BEEN DESCRIBED AS A BLACK HOLE, I cannot even inquire as to why the process was changed from printed.....and issued.... to this unless it passes 60days. So I came here to solicit advise, and this is what I get your response. Thanks for that, Meanwhile I sit back and watch my government continue for the last twenty years to make no significant move as it relates to the millions of illegal immigrants in this country... so yeah there's a real reason to be complaining...
