The immigration sent new status they tell us our case transfered to new office and new office has jurisdiction what is that mean

Yesterday they reply us that my case transfered to vermont to review who can tell me why my case trasfered to vermont and after the review they willb approve or not they gave us 60 days maxinum for complete review

Dear Sir/Madam;

I am a US citizen and I applied family for reunion for my wife and child living in Egypt. I immigration received my I130 applications on September 2nd of last year. They have not made any decisions yet;

I contacted them to discuss the reason for the delay and they didn't help much even though our application had way passed the legal waiting period. I have requested to expedite my application, but it was denied on July 10, 2015.then we make request and also we didnt have any response . And i send email to congressman also we didnt havevany response .

At the moment my wife and child's resident in egypy will expire by December of this year. Both my wife and my son are Syrian refugees in Egypt after the war in Syria had started.

My I-130 application is still pending in Texas;

I deeply appreciate any help you can do to help to join my family

then we called visa center to ask about my case if is approved or no

the customer servise told us that our case returned to local office

as i told you iam 1-130 filler on septemper 2014 texas service centre returned my case to local office in new jersey . i had ababy out of marriage in syria coz the bad situation there when we came egypt we make amarriage contract

so .they returned my case to make interview with my husband again

iam disappointed i fear to refused my application

Hello everyone. Does anyone know the processing times of USCIS TSC,and NSC AND LOCAL EMBASSEY .iam 1_130 filler.and my husband is US american cirizen .

I am from palestine and my baby from syria our petition was received by the Texas Service Center on Sep. 2. 2014.
