Hi all,
I got my 1NOA in January and I see that many people who applied then are just now getting approved, which is getting me very excited
However my fiance happens to be visiting and in the States right now on the visa waiver program, and will be for another 9 days. I was just wondering if anyone knew if him being here right now will slow it down at all? Can you even get a 2NOA while your fiance is in the country?
Just curious!

Awesome!!! Then I will get my hopes up then! I'm really praying I will get it this week, then I will be able to celebrate with my Fiance. Thanks for the advice!
