  1. What to do if it comes up 'Not found' > https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/1697/kw/I-94%20not%20found/

If you still cannot find your I-94, please contact your nearest Customs and Border Protection Deferred Inspection Site and a CBP Officer will be able to assist you.

Thank you Kay, this information helped!!!! I looked for information this morning and couldn't find it. Suppose today I was having technological problems!

  2. Mrs. T-B.-to-be needed two shots when she arrived. We got them at the County Public Health Department for cheap. They even added their notations to her existing list of vaccinations from Ecuador.

After talking to many doctors I spoke to a Clinica Latina. Unfortunately we were never given copies of what they did at the dr office in Ecuador, the only thing we have the copies of are his xrays. In speaking with the doctor at the clinic, she stated since we do not have proof of vaccines they can take blood work to see if he was vaccinated and go from there. Nobody should get vaccines again if they already had them. He also told me that he had chickenpox and mumps as a kid and rubella as an adult! He never got vaccinated but am sure he is immune now! TBoneTX did you have proof of vaccines???

Thanks for your posts...I have another unrelated issue to his status change, his I94 is not registered in the system and can't find a single phone number to call. Little by little, the big hump is over... getting him here and getting married. I thought red-tape in Ecuador was crazy... seems it may be a little better in the US but still about the same headache.... Will post again soon if I don't bet an email from Immigration about the I94. :)

  3. Good morning all! I have searched through various topics and can't find what I am looking for. My husband (just got married) came in on a K1 visa and we married a couple of weeks ago. I started going through the adjustment paperwork, even looked at all of the information prior to marrying him, and can't remember what we need to do for medical exam (though he went through one for the K1 and states we don't have to if it has been a year since we did the medical exam)

He is Ecuadorian and does not have proof of vaccines. (which is the problem) I found the CDC website for vaccines for adjustment http://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/exams/ti/civil/vaccination-civil-technical-instructions.html#tbl1but wondering if he has to get the vaccines (guessing he does). We don't have a copy of what went to the immigration police at the airport to see if he was vaccinated or proof he doesn't have tb, obviously went with his file. We don't want to spend tons of money on medical bills if at all possible. I read someone went to a normal doctor and spent less money. Can someone tell me if he does need vaccines (he is 42), how can we do this cheaper than going to a civil surgeon that is if we have to do the vaccines. Is there anyone out there that did not have vaccine proof and had to get vaccinated.

Thank you ahead of time and have a fantastic week!

    Emily (and Teddy)

  4. Good evening to all! I have been through the site, read it as much as I read my facebook page, and have also sent a message to the Ecuadorian Consulate and been on other sites trying to find an answer to the following: (I am sorry if this question has already been answered many times)

There is a hiccup in our plans to go to the States, (I currently live in Ecuador with my fiance) because my fiance has surgery in the next week or two. His K1 visa is until the end of February. Does that mean that is how long he has to get to the States and then we have 90 days to marry (we will have a small informal wedding shortly after he arrives)... what happens if I start the AOS in December and his visa ends in February... is he illegal there if he doesn't have his green card yet? I can only assume the answer is 'no' because it takes months to process but would like to feel a little more comfortable than my own assumption. Can someone enlighten my day please?

Thank you ahead of time and greetings from the middle of the earth... ;)
