Sorry, I forgot about that. I entered with an ESTA the 25th of August, married the 30th october but I had to wait to apply for the green card because I didn't have the money for it.

I'm a military dependant from Europe, my spouse is in the army, active duty, and I was wondering how long would it take to get the green card? I'll send all the papers on the 29th but I was just curious since I got different answers (army one source told me it would take 4-5 months and the jag lawyer said 3 1/2 months).

Yes he recognized her as his daughter on her Italian (we were both born in Italy) birth certificate and we have a paternity test too. But we're unable to put her in DEERS since she doesn't have a SSN and they won't give her one since she has no proof of citizenship same as the passport.

We all live together in the US and he's able to support us. I just filed the forms for a green card as spouse of a US citizen.

Because we didn't report the birth abroad therefore she has no proof of her citizenship.

She's the child of a US citizen military personnel
