OK, were so happy that all of this long year process for K1 visa is OVER NOW !!!

yesterday i receive my visa ,after a long year of waiting ,crying ,being sad ,calling USCIS every 2 days ,NVC ,interviews ,papers .

it was really hard process !

and im sure it fell like this for lot of you guys .

BUT when you receive your visa ! and you fell it in your hand suddenly you gonna forget about all of this nightmare we all been throw .

for ALL of you that's waiting stay strong .

soon im moving with my fiance were so happy !

so i had my interview in the 8 of july and i have been approve !!

after 2 weeks a lady from the embassy called me and says that they had a problem in the system and all applicants at that day need to come back to the embassy and pay the k1 interview fee she said also that when my visa is ready i should go back to the embassy and pick up my passport and the documents .

so my NVC right now is ISSUED !! does that mean that the visa is in my passport and its ready for pickup ?

Should i go tomorrow to the embassy to pick up my passport ?

yea !! mine too

the lady that called me for payment from the embassy said i should come pick my passport when the visa is issued i don't know if i should go tomorrow

Administrative Processing

Hello ,

i had my interview for a k1 visa in the 8 of July (2 weeks ago) and it been approved

the embassy called me in the 16 of July and says that they had a problem in the system and they didn't receive the money for the interview (all applicants in that day had the same call).

so i went to the embassy today paid 265$ and wait on the window to get my receipt so i so they lady holding my case and going to the officer that interviewed me at the 8 of July They had a talk for 10 mins and then she came back with the receipt .

MY NVC STATUS is still saying RADEY

U.S. Department of State

Your case is open and ready for your interview, fingerprints, and required documents. If you have already had your interview, please check your status after two business days. If no interview was required, please check back in two business days for the status of your application.

So i sent the embassy mail right now about it and thats what the response :

Dear Sir,

Your case is documentarily complete, and will be passed to a consular officer for final review and authorization. Once the visa is issued, the passport together with all supporting documents will be passed to the courier service for delivery.

is that normal ? the officer need to review my case again ??

does someone here got any update on his visa status ?

im still waiting the status in NVC is till REDAY .

I ask the consular officer in the end of the interview if we should buy the ticket now because the prices is getting higher so she said NO wait till you receive your visa .

Whats really weird that when i check the status at NVC web it says last update to my case is 14 july (means today) and it still says Ready .

but i guess i did the right thing by scheduling my appointment online

i sent the consulate mail hope they well replay for it

the embassy don't answer any phones we sent them email with this question so they send us a reply with no answer but inside it there is package 3 attach

in the website were u can pay for your interview there is schedule option should i do it from there ?

ok so my status in NVC written REDAY thats mean i should go for an interview

but i didn't understand should i make the appointment online ???

or i should the fill the forum in package 3 and send it to then "that ready for the interview" ?

THEY DIDINT GIVE YOU A NEW CASE NUMBER SO YOU CAN TRACK YOUR CASE IN THERE WEBSITE ?

were calling for 2 days and no answer

today i called in 07:30AM and in 3 mins they answer

they didn't receive our case yet

im trying they dont answer

FOR K1 VISA (GETTING THE CASE NUMBER FROM NVC ) WE SHOULD CALL nonimmigrant visa(603) 334-0888 OR immigrant visa (603) 334-0700 ???

don't buy anything before you get the k1 visa ! dont take risk to lose money you dont know how long its gonna take and there is stops in nvc after you got your noa2

i should call the line for immigrant visa ? or nonimmigrant visa ?

Hello everyone in 19 of may we have been approve and got the NOA2!!!!!
I know people ask this question before but i search for i couldn't find
what come after now ? how long it should take till my embassy receive it ? and how long were gonna wait till the interview date (Jerusalem embassy)?.
