  1. You did not say if they kept your passport, sounds like they did, just wondering.

Keeping passport, means, usually you passed.

I hope it was good for you, and they kept your passport.

yes they did keep my passport. but because of the backlogs I am expecting my visa within 2 weeks. tho at CEAC says it is still "ready"

I am hoping to hear an answer from them really soon.

    Thank you! :)

  2. My wife and I have been waiting for 2 weeks now =/ She passed her interview last June 5th. I hope we get some good news soon.

My interview was june 5yh as well, until now..no visa arrived yet. No calls from 2go to pick it up. CEAC updatr is still "ready"

    So frustrating already.

  3. I was interviewed on June 4,2015 but until now it says "Ready" & the last update was June 10. Im kinda worried because I just flew back to Philippines from US for this interview. Hope everything is ok.

I heard that there's a glitch with the embassy's visa and US passport printing as well.

  4. No wonder I have been tracking my passport/visa from them and didnt get any update but "Ready." The scariest part is there is a note there that i am ready for interview apppointments..but... i am done with it on June 4. They took my passport, no additional documents requested and told me to go home.

Hope CEAC will be really back on June 13.

    Thank you for the update.

    Best of Luck :)

  5. I have my 601 waiver approved and now I am here in philippines waiting for my visa.

There are 2 steps to do. I forgot how u call the 1st step but the 2nd step was about proving the extreme hardship the petitioner (US citizen spouse or children)will experience without the beneficiary. My lawyer sent my husband to a psychologist to have him evaluated for the hardship he would experience with me..this will help for the "extreme hardship part." Then she asked us to gather all evidence that we are married and leaving in a house together. We are married for 12 years by the way so it is very easy to prove in our part. Step 2 is the hardest part of the journey. And now of course, the waiting game with my visa released.

    Best of Luck :)

  6. Congrats!

I had my interview on june 4 and been monitoring my visa status...still in "Ready." I want to see the "Issued" on CEAC very soon since my USC husband and daughter are returning to US on the 18th already.

  7. If he was asked to come back, he should.

I had my interview on June 4th but when,I checked CEAC, it says "Ready" and said im ready for my interview appointment (which is obviously done). It is kinda confusing but yes they wont say "issued" until it be being really issued.

    Best of Luck
