I went for my GC Interview 40days ago at San Antonio, was separeted from my wife. Officer did not ask about the curent marriage rather ask about previous marriage (to my former wife who i found out that she loves men and women at the same time) and divorce decree I filed while in Nevada, I was dating a girl friend while in Las Vegas but it did not work out between us before I came to Texas and met my wife and we got married after a while. We lived together with my step daughter, have telephone, water, electricity, house, bank account all in our name, she took my last name. Three of us have health insurance together and life insurance too, we file joint tax refund.

Married September 2014 ( with friends and family at reception)

File October 2014

Work Permit arrived December 2014

Went for Interview 26 March 2015,

Since then no news.

I read that USCIS does not honour Nevada Divorce. Is that true?
