  1. I wish I could show you how this reverification form I was emailed was filled out and sent to me by the Embassy to submit to the PSA for CENOMAR via online. I noticed her middle name was spelled wrong but when looking at it clliser, I noticed her parents names were listed in wrong places ( father in mom's spot and so on)

Should I email the Embassy and inform them of the mistakes ( her middle name spelled wrong and patents switched)

We.do have a lawyer to help but I feel helpless when I see this and want to fix it myself

  2. To be fair with you..I have wore out every emotion that a person can experience throught his lifetime..and I did it in 5 months. i finally got tired of laying in bed at night and asking God why did he do this to me? Ever since I met my fiancee because my son asked me to play a stupid game on my phone, something I never had done before or wanted to do but got tired of him hounding me everyday..I had thanked God for putting us together. How could He give me the greatest gift I could ever receive and than be so cruel by not letting us be together. So to save my saniety, all I cando is trust in God and know he has a plan for us..and laugh.

  3. We have decided enough is enough and we hired a lawyer (actually its a family friend and no charge..so far) and he will coordinate us getting all the documents the Embassy has asked for and submitted correctly and completely so there should not be anymore confusion or questions from the Embassy or us anymore..or that's the idea we hope. So we will:

    1. First thing we are doing is have the lawyer try to find out why the Embassy says my fiancée was married on June 11th, 2002 in Davao City. It would of been much easier if the Embassy or Consul would of responded to my request that I be sent a copy of the document he has showing her marriage or the reason why he says she is married or as married. We did order another CENOMAR for the lawyer, we are getting to be good at this CENOMAR thing. He has a partner in Davao City that will check marriage and birth records for us in Davao to see if anything pops up.

    2. We will submit another CENOMAR. Since I never saw the actual 221 (g) and do not know if it says it or not, I did not know that the only authorized PSA branch

that the Embassy would accept CENOMARs from is the PSA branch in Pasay City. That might of saved us some time and headache if the Embassy would of mentioned that in some of their earlier mails they sent us asking about the CENOMARS and having to be sent directly from the PSA to Embassy. We had them sent from NSO - East Avenue in Manila. So hopefully this one will finally stick when they receive it. Still don't know if they did receive the CENOMARS we sent before or they couldn't use them since came from unauthorized PSA branch.

    3. We will submit another NBI certificate as requested. I still can't figure out how ours expired in 5 months. It does seem like its been a year since our interview though.

    4. Finally, schedule another medical. Do we have to schedule right away again after it expires or can we wait until we feel that things are going the right way or moving forward? I just ask because since we do not know what record we are looking for or what is needed to take care of the Termination of Marriage issue. I am being smart in not thinking anything gets fixed quickly and we extend the visa process an she goes through 3 medical exams.

Thanks for everyone's input and support. Hopefully we get everything straightened out and finally receive our golden ticket and start our life together.

  4. I wwould be the first to say if someone told me what is happening to me was happening to them..I would say something sounds fishy or distorted of facts or my fiancee was pulling a fast one on me. But unfortunately , it is happening to me and everything with my fiancee and I is completely legit and truthful on my end.

Here is my latest update from my Senator. They have not received the CENOMAR that we sent 3 weeks ago directly from PSA to Embassy. To put any doubts that my fiancee actually sent it to rest, I have the receipt that she did sent it. So if you consider last week we needed to submit proof of Termination of Marriage..now that's not mentioned anymore in email I posted earlier of things we needed to do. Why do we not need it now? What changed if they have not received a CENOMAR AND we had not sent any documents to prove she was not married or terminated the marriage.

Seccond, my fiancee got her NBI clearance last June 2015. Why do they need one now? It's good for a year? And if it did expire in October..why wasn't it listed in our 221 we got saying we needed to get the termination letter? This is the first we have heard about it and we have been working with the embassy constantly for last 6 months. Shouldn't of they said something in October that it expired?

The medical I am not trying to be picky on..but it is wrong they said expired on the 1st when it's the 15th (I know because we received email escalating our case because it expires on 12/15). I know I need to get a new medical anyway..but it's the misinformation that bugs me.

I know you guys are saying just do as the ask and be done..but now it seems we have to submit another CENOMAR again..this will be number 5. Our list keeps getting longer and longer and when we do something..the embassy does not get it.

Please look at this not like it's fishy or not legit and help me come up with some options I have it someone I can email higher up than my senator. Like I said, this is real and if needed I will email anyone what I have to prove this is true.

    Jay

  5. This is the email I received after the Visa Status changed to ready. Why would they change the status to ready if they still needed about everything again. They had just got our CENOMAR from PSA, the medical expires on 12/15 (not 12/01) and we got the NBI early June of this year.Nothing makes sense.

    "We reviewed the information

available to us and determined that we still need a Certificate of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR) issued by the Philippine National Statistics Office (PSA) for Ms. ********. We provided Ms. ******** the form which she must submit to the PSA Pasay City branch. The PSA will send the requested certificate directly to the Embassy. Please note that the PSA main office in Pasay is the only office authorized to process the CENOMAR for U.S. visa applications.

Our attempts to contact Ms. ********* by telephone (09*********) were unsuccessful. On December 02, we sent her a notification letter by email (********@yahoo.com) informing her of our determination on the case.

Please be aware that the applicants medical exam report from St. Lukes Extension Clinic expired on December 1, 2015, while her Philippine police (NBI) clearance expired on October 8, 2015. Immigrant visa applicants are required to update basic documentary requirements (i.e., medical exam report, NBI clearance, etc.) which may have expired prior to visa issuance.

Ms. ******* may proceed to the Embassys Immigrant Visa Unit Check-in Counter (Window 38) Monday through Thursday (excluding U.S. and Philippine holidays and first Wednesday of the month) between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon to claim her passport and present this at St. Lukes to have the required medical examination. Once she has completed the required medical exam, she should send her valid passport back to the U.S. Embassy (Attn: IV Processing Unit) via any branch of 2GO courier service.

We will resume processing the case once we receive the required documentation.

  7. Ok..Visa changed to ready. Good news correct. Than received an email stating they need a cenomar, medical expired (doesn't til 12/15) and police nbi expired on 10/08/15.

What's going on? They just got her cenomar, she got her police nbi in April and I got a update from embassy saying her medical expires 12/15. I want to say my fiancee was approached by "a friend" who said she had a friend on the inside who wanted money to help us. We said no and I think some of our problems have been this person. We have gottens strange emails before. Any thoughts? Should I worry abt the email or go with the ready?

  8. Yep..but he even if he requested a new CENOMAR from the PSA..he would of received the same CENOMAR he received before because it was not fraudulent. I just wish it didn't take 10 - 14 days to get a response back, once I get that we can sstraighten this out. Once we know the reason why he thinks she got married..it should be fixed quicKly. I want to say my senator has be helpful in getting answers for me. Still takes then a week to get answer back but at least thru get answers.

  9. Consul made that request after he received the CENOMAR..and we have a copy of the same CENOMAR that the Embassy received, so unless the PSA sent a amended CENOMAR later that shows that she was married on June 26th 2002, nothing is going to change unless we figure out why consul overrode the CENOMAR and we fix it. We can't do anything until consul tells us what he saw or why he thinks that.

I sent email last week to Embassy about expiring medical and called Embassy last night. They escalated our case but that doesn't mean anything. It's all up to speed of Consul.

It's just sad that this is such a nightmare and mess. Just to think we planned on spending last 4th of July together. Now we will miss Christmas.

  10. Yep..have actually seen 2 of them. She took pictures of each CENOMAR and the PSA receipt that she recieved before she sent to the Embassy and sent the pix to me to put in our file. Very good thought though and I appreciate you trying to help me figure this out. I wish the Embassy would not always wait until Thursday or Friday every time they tell us they need something from us..makes for a long stressful and sleepless weekend thinking of questions you want to ask and waiting to get answers or an explanation to your questions. They have done this 3 times before, so I

know the routine. I sent the embassy an email last Thursday and I know I won't get a response from them at the soonest a week from next Monday, if I get lucky small chance by next Friday.

Our medical expires on December 20th of this year on top of everything else. I hate the thought of my fiancee having to go through all that again..plus it reminds me we are back to where we were 6 months ago.

If anyone else has any thoughts or ideas that may help..I will take them

  11. I am the wrong one to ask on this matter because we have submitted 4 different and separate CENOMARS to the Embassy and every time we have had problems. You can bring your CENOMAR along with the rest of your documents when you go to your interview and they will accept it. My fianceed brought hers to her interview and didn't think it was a problem until after the interview when we checked out Visa Status and saw our case was under AP because we were missing our CENOMAR, so either they did not accept the CENOMAR my fiancee included in her documents or it was misplaced or lost by the person who conducted her interview, they wouldn't tell us anything except we had to submit another CENOMAR before they could start processing the Visa again. We tried having the PSA sent it directly to the Embassy, but after it was delivered to the Embassy, it disappeared and never made it to our case file. Do me a favor and after you get your Visa let me know how you did it.

  12. Sadly enough..I am getting really good at ordering CENOMARS..have gotten 4 of them in last 6 months. You are so right about torturing us..you do not know how many times in the last 5 months we thought we were a few days away from getting our Visa released to only find out we weren't and has always been something with the CENOMAR..Her first name spelled wrong, sent the wrong way, PSA tracking number said it was delivered to the Embassy but lost. What was really hard this time was my fiancee received a text lastw week from Cconsul telling her that everything was ok with the CENOMAR and our case would be updated soon..and get an email telling us we need to send in a Termination of Marriage for a marriage that never happened

  13. Hi Hank..been a while since I last spoke with you and still am trying to get our Fiancee Visa released and issued. We have been fighting this CENOMAR issue for the longest time now. Over the last 3 months we have provided the Embassy 3 different CENOMARS because each time we give them one, they say we need to submit another one because we sent it to the embassy on our own or they did not receive it. Every Cenomar we received from the PSA said there was no record found of my fiancee ever getting married and was given the CENONMAR each time she applied for one. Hoopefully they will email me whatever documents they have that gives them a reason to believe that document instead of the CENOMAR they were given. I guess all I can do is pray that they email back soon so I can resolve this issue.

If you think of anything that may help me, please let me know.

    Jay

  14. We have been struggling forever (4 plus months) trying to get our Fiancee Visa approved and released. Now we received an email from consul asking my fiancee to provide the Embassy a "Termination of Marriage" document proving that her Marriage to the father of her daughter she had in 1999 before they can continue to process our Visa, which would be not a problem except they were never married at any time.

For some reason, the Consul believes my fiancee and the father of her daughter were married on June 11, 2002..almost 3 years after her daughter was born. The only thing I can think of to make him believe they were married was my fiancee filed her daughters birth certificate around the same time as consul said the marriage took place and he made a mistake. The Birth Certificate names him as the Father of the baby but it also clearly states that the baby's parents were not married.

I did request the consul to email me any documents or information he has received that says a marriage ever took place or existed.

Any one have any thoughts or have heard of this happening before.

  15. Yep..on it. Figured don't fight the system and she is flying out if manila today to get them. Thanks of all you. Kinda knew I needed to do that but helps when you have people there for you when this happens. I hope someday I will be able to be the voice of reason for others as you have been for me.

  16. Lol..this whole thing has been a fire drill lately. I will talk to her tonight..but she doesn't know. They wouldn't even proceed to the vaccinations until she provided the records so I am assuming it has to be the staff.
