  1. Hi Bill and Ivy!

Yes, Dean_De is right. If the Annulment was finalized regardless if it was drawn out of bribery, and registered in the local civil registry, then the LCR in General Santos Municipal hall should have documents you need to register the Certificate of Finality in NSO, Manila.

I think try to do that first before you spend 150k atleast for another Annulment (which it might even be another scam)

Which regards to B1/B2 USA Visa, Filipinos with properties, with steady income, etc., anything that can prove "strong ties" to the VISA officer (interviewer.) She can pass the interview. For more tips on how to pass US Tourist Visa, you can message me back, will send you my personal email. I have multiple entry for 10 years, am in my 30's and I don't have properties (but I was granted the B1/B2.)

    Wish you luck!

    God bless,

    Ly

  2. Hi JandEB!

I am a beneficiary of a K1, and I obtained my Police clearance in China (ready for the interview.) three months ago. Honestly, we just filled the 1-129F last week, but as far as docs are concern, we want to be ready.

Macau is an autonomous part of C. I assume, the processing is the same. When I processed mine, I appeared pesonally in the "Bureau of Registry..." (I can email you the complete sample if you like? Anyways, they did not require a request letter from US Embassy for the Police clearance. I simply told the officers that I need it for Immigration/marrying an American. After 75USD and 10 days later, I got two sets of Police clearance in Chinese and English.

I would not know if Phil Embassy in Macau can help her, it won't hurt to ask.

    Goodluck,

  3. Hi everyone!

After reading a lot of websites regarding the K1 visa appication, I feel sad that we did bot iblcude the cheque moneyorder for the payment of the K1 Visa. We thought we were thorough, or are we misinformed? Our case goes...

My Fiance and I had just sent our Packet for K1 Visa (June 7, 2015.) We did not include money order or cheque, since we called the USCIS months ago that we will be sent an instructions by USCIS once the agency received our packet. Is this true? Will USCIS send back our packet? My fiance and I are living together for five years (outside of USA) and have a son who holds both US and Fil passport. We sent the packet in Phils, since we are on vacation here at the moment. I am afraid the packet will be sent back to us in Phils address (which by that time, we will already be in USA.) And we have plans to have vacay is USA this June 26 for one month and we will go back in China after that. My fiance and I have valid China working visas.

My question is, how can we pay the I-129F? Since we already sent the package. Do we wait for it. Or when we are in USA after 3-4weeks, we will send money order/cheque, to whom? What will we place in the recipient's name?

I feel sad that we were misinformed ): Any comments/suggestions will be highly appreciated.

    Please help,

    ly

  4. What's the annotation of the judge? If he doesn't have money, he is just threatening you by words. Wait, see, and be calm! It takes time and money to make an appeal. Lawyer (if private, he should put out atleast 1kUSD) if PAO, there is a process, requirements in attaining their service like ITR, income should be below Php13k, etc. And not to mention the running around and emotional torture dealing with the Philippine beaurocracy. If he is just saying he will fight/appeal... let him! Because without Motion (from certified lawyers who will represent him) nothing will happen!

    Good luck!
