I'm submitting my AOS application as marriage to USC. We have my father in law cosigned as my hubby is unemployed now. My father in law is self-employed and I wonder if anyone had experience submitting I-864 as self-employed? Can I submit only Schedule C and 1040 for 3 years is that enough or I have to submit all tax schedules??? From my research, look like the number from Schedule C is the most important one, so why do we need to submit other schedules? Also, can I use last year tax return number (total income) to prove current income? That's when I called in the tire-2 customer service told me use the total income of last year (2014) to prove current income if the joint-sponsor is self-employed, but I still feel a bit doubtful about that.
Self-employed joint sponsor and I-864, are schedule C and 1040 enough?

Thanks for your suggestion. I'll ask him to try get tax transcript, hopefully he won't mind doing that.
