My Fiance is a former filipino citizen and was married in the Philippines by a US citizen also a filipino, so he got there thru his ex petition. But they are now divorced in the US in 2009 and he is an american citizen now. I have his divorce decree already. We are now waiting for my visa all is approved. My concern is CFO, when I show them my Fiance's divorce decree is that ok already? or what else do I need to show them? We're not planning to marry here in the Philippines. Im afraid they might hold me or something.

Mga sis check nyo ung status nyo today. kakacheck ko lang from error, now case approved na ko. Thank God!

Having they same info too when I check our status. Filed I-129F March 31st. Got our our NOA1 april 6th. I checked my status today still receiving the same message. this is so frustrating.
