Im sorry if I hurt your feelings. I was just trying to return a favor to the guy before you. He doesn't know what my family is going through for him to mocked us and brought the stepping stone and integrity issue. My brother have the right to be here with us. Me and my brothers all served in the military so no matter what, our eldest is coming here. He is a resident in singapore and his son is serving their army so he have the right as well to get their passport. There is no stepping stone bs here. Its all about family being together.

Well it's their right and they can. So shut up. integrity is not even an issue here.

Well I guess it's time for them to get their singapore passport. Thanks

Im not sure if matter but i still want to ask. I am a US citizen and i want to petition my siblings. I am originally from the Philippines but my siblings are now living/residing in Singapore. Are they gonna fall under the philippine visa availabity or Singapore? Thanks

Is there a special consideration if I file petition for my siblings? I know if i am civilian and my siblings lives in the Philippines, the waiting time for the visa is about 10 years or more. How about if i am in the Army? Is there a special consideration for it like when I applied for citizenship? Thanks!
