Hello again everyone!

Just a quick update... For those of you who don't recall (since my activity on here is so sparse)... My husband and I married overseas in March 2015.

We filed In July

We were originally at Nebraska

Transferred to Potomac

NOA2 from Potomac - approved

NVC in Jan

Sent our AOS package Feb 20

NVC received package on Feb 23

Waiting on them to review the package still...

Has anyone received a Case Completed notification?

Or has anyone gotten an interview scheduled?

He'll be interviewing in Jamaica and it seems like the timeline for others that I've seen are sort of like this:

Package received at NVC to case completed = 30/45 day

Case completed to scheduling an interview = 30 day avg.

Scheduled interview to actual interview day = 60 day avg for Jamaica)

Any updates would be appreciated!!

Hello Again Everyone!

Another update from The Coombs.

We received our APPROVAL in the mail yesterday!!!!

07.11.15 - Filed

07.17.15 - NOA1

10.16.15 - Notice of Transfer from NSC to PSC

12.02.15 - Notice Local office has received

(12.03.15) - Approval date

12.09.15 - Approval letter in the mail (when we actually found out)

Note: I checked the website a few days before and it didn't say anything about an approval.

Even today I checked it and it still states "Case Received at Local Office" as I'm holding an approval letter.

Our approval letter states Notice Date: December 3, 2015 which is a day after we received the local office letter but we didn't know of approval until letter arrived at my home a week later.

I'm praying this gives each of you a sense of ease knowing that they are working on our petitions!

Hang in there everyone!!! Potomac is picking up the pace.

Just an update from The Coombs, we married in Jamaica so we filed an I-130.

12.02.15 - Notice Local office has received

Seeing that some people are receiving the same "Received at local office" notice it is leading me to think that the new service center (Potomac) is starting to implement their email/text notification system. As I recall before the first couples getting approved were not hearing anything via email or text and solely receiving mail notification.

Continued prayers for everyone as well as ourselves to hear something soon along with congratulations to those that have been and continue to be approved!!

I also received a Notice of Transfer letter in the mail. It was transferred on 10-16 and received a letter on 10-24. We filed back in June in Texas and it was transferred to Nebraska and almost 5 months later we are being transferred again. Praying for approval soon!

I am trying to fill out the I-130 but when it comes to "Information about your relative" - #14 mentions an I-95. My husband is currently working on a cruise ship which means he has an I-95 but I don't see a number that will fit in the boxes provided or where to find the expiration date on the I-95.

Has anyone filled this in before?

Does anyone know where to locate the number or expiration date on the actual I-95?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
