I am waiting to be scheduled for interview. My case has been completed in november 5th. I'd like to know the timeframe from cc to interview.

Just called NVC. They confirm that I am in line for an interview , also csr said that interviews are scheduled at end on months Hopefully I will get a December date if they have a slots. I need to be with my husband Asap

Hi all

Today is my 42 days on supervisor review and I'm afraid to call. Do they respect the timeframe? What will happen now if it's still hasn't been reviewed?

I submitted my ds-260 to nvc since august 18, also documents scan date august 20, 2015. I have been informed that the process will take 30 days. After calling NVC after 36 days , they said no review yet and case is submitted to a supervisor for review which will take 42 days. On October 14 after 2 months, I call again they said the case has been sent again to a supervisor which will require an additional 42 days. It is so disappointing , anyone facing this situation? What would you suggest to push the process? Each csr is giving different answers. I really want to have my family reunited

My husband is now a US citizen and has asked to upgrade my petition from F2A to cr1. After 60 days, He received an email from nvc stated that the category has been upgraded as requested. So I try access the ds-261 and it's says the case is not eligible for further processing. When I called the nvc they said that the case it's still under processing and we should wait 42 days to access the form. Is that normal? Has anyone here had tHat same issu. I notice that process Is very long.
