  I actually have a question to ask...       "I had my Interview on the 16th of December in Lagos,  Nigeria" during and after my interview, the consular officer said I was approved and gave me 3 different white papers.  One for my Right(s) as a Spouse of a U.S Citizen,  another one for my Green card payment. And the Third one for Presidential Proclamation.  The Consular officer Telling me I have been approved and held onto my passport... My case has been updated twice after then (Updated 16th of December and 30th of December).  But till now I've not gotten back my Visa and passport,  and the status online is  still showing me "Refused"..   Even after the case has been updated last on 30th December.  .    So I'm so worried,  I don't know what else to do... 😔 

 

So I need any suggestion of what to do, if it is normal or I need to write or send them a mail...

Same issue with my husband. He had his interview on the 9th of December, and case updated on the 30th and no update afterwards. We can’t seem to tell what the issue is. 
I guess we have to keep waiting coz their site says you can only make an enquiry after 60days.

Their online update says interview has been scheduled.

While mine says, case has been approved.

Just kinda confused.

No update and no letter for the kids.

Do I have a reason to get worried?

I as the beneficiary has received my green card approval letter but my kids didn't get the approval letter.

My USC husband petitioned for my self and our kids.

Will their green card come along with mine?

Or will I have to expect a their GC approval letter too?

Still waiting to get the actual card. I wonder how long that will take since since there are no online updates.

The online update still says , case has been approved and an approval notice will be mailed , when I already have the notice couple of days ago.

My kids EAD card was received 2 days after the approval notice.

I pray it comes this week.

My EAD/AP was approved online on the 22nd of July, how long do I have to wait before getting the approval letter in the mail?

I have a similar issue. I got a RFE on my EAD n AP, which I mailed the request back after 5days ,2 weeks later, I called uscis and got an email that my case is under review and uscis will contact me shortly. Does anyone know how long it will take? It's over 110days already. My kids already have their EAD card n I got the RFE.

I have a similar question pls. Myself and hubby lives with his sister. We don't have a joint lease coz the sis offered to pay because of her brother (my hubby) I'll health. His sister is also our sponsor. My question is, will that not be an issue coz my hubby doesn't pay any bill. I'm also not working. We only have our insurance and bank account. Can that alone be ok for the interview?

Hi, I'm kinda frustrated with the delays in Chula Vista service center. Can anyone with the same center as mine share their experience? Or am I the only one with such delay?

Its past 90days of filing and all I have done so far is the finger print. No information from USCIS afterwards.

I am having Same issue. Today is the 86th day of waiting without an ead or approved letter. My lawyer on the other hand is a pain in the ###. She promised to get across to the USCIS and eventually get back to me since on the 76th day. I haven't heard from her.

Can I call the USCIS my self? What question should I expect? And what's the number to call?
