How do I do that I mean what documents would be required ? I appreciate your guidance

Yeah I don't want to regret not going . I mean I am still living in Pakistan and if it doesn't work out I will be still living here but I want to go prepared just in case

In 2012 oct (i lived in usa for 6 months) and needed me and during my stay in Pakistan, my husband's family started pressurizing me for money and i was emotionally a wreck

so things didn't work out m ,filed for divorce in 2013 my GC expired in 2014 since Had to take care of mmom

I emailed embassy about my situation and asked if i need to fil GC abandoned forms or what do to and they scheduled SB1 interview.

I do intend to go for interview no matter wht their decision.

Any suggestion or advise will be appreciated.

L embassy on Monday and inquire about returning the GC if still possible. From the comments I gathered this should be my priority. I'll appreciate your comments and I wish I had asked about GC situation before it expired.

Just googled and found that there is a form I-407 which i should've sent. Is it too late because my green card expired last year or should i still take a chance?

If you would of turned you GC in to the embassy, instead of letting it expire, your odds would be greater of getting a Tourist Visa.

First of all we shouls know the defination of visit visa usa. Visit visa means you dont have intent to live usa permanent and you should have good financial background in pakistan like own house good job good bank balance in bank. You can apply visit visa

Yes absolutely just gonna visit new York , Boston and probably Texas. My dad and brother will financially sponsor me since am dependant on them. We have somesome agricultural land,house and bank statement. I have lived in USA for 5 months . so my concern was will my expired GC be a problem??

Now my friends are planning for a summer getaway and I was wondering will I get visit visa or will it be impossible?
