I just need an opinion for my case. I know its odd but here it goes.

I petition my parents to come live with me and thank goodness they were with me after 6 months of preparation. I made them a big welcome party and all like shopping, and give them all their wants/needs. They both have job and stable. But of course, family problems/drama will always there. After all the issues they left me to live with my grandparents in California. I beg them to stay with me because im all by myself especially at night because my husband is works graveyard shift and I petition them to know that they will stay with me. 50 days to be exact that they were with me here in Hawaii. Now, they are leaving in California without my consent and hard to leave me that fast. My question is how will effect my Affidavit of Support and can i report them to Immigration?

Need advice, please?

I just have a quick question. I petition my parents and they had their Interview Approved last 9/23/15. I check online thru travel doc and their passport is on the process for delivery. I check 2GO with their Passport # and Case # and keep saying its invalid. Just wondering if there is any other way to track their passport?

I have been having difficulty filling up my AOS I-864 for my parents. I am trying to fill up the 2015 edition, my question is:

Part 3 question # 28. Enter the total amount you are sponsoring on this Affidavit Item numbers 1- 27. I am filing separate AOS form since I am petitioning them both. But, if I only put 1 my Household total will only be 3. What numbers should I put if I am sponsoring both my parents so our total households is 4?

I did received Checklist too but it says,

"Even though requesting information is still missing, we will schedule your case for an interview. We will tell you when we have an interview date for your case. Please do not contact the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in MANILA, PHILIPPINES about your interview until we give you the appointment date. Do not send any of the missing items to the NVC. Instead, send them to MY BENEFICIARY so he or she can take them to the visa interview for the Consular Officer to review."

Is that the same as yours?

I have read several topics regarding the updates on AOS form I-864. I received email 8/6/15 from NVC stating that I had 1 error from my AOS form but instead of sending the updated form to NVC send it to my beneficiary and bring it to their interview. I already mailed the AOS form to my parents 8/7/15 but I used the 2013 version. I just called the NVC today and they said that my case has been completed (Thank you Lord) and they are just waiting from US Embassy in Manila for my parents interview. My question is do I have to fill out the 2015 version?

I just need some help. I am in the middle of getting my parents here in Hawaii and I just send AOS package today for my parents along with the supporting documents. My problem is, my brother (19 y/o) is already approved with my petition he also have Case Number, Invoice and Beneficiary number. I called NVC plenty times and ask them why I cant pay his AOS its just because there is no Visa available. I have ask some immigration attorney and they suggest that when my parents have their Interview they will bring my brother with them so they can give them the Visa. I need some help if anyone here had tried my case and if you could help me what to do?
