Hey everyone..I been thinking of traveling to Ireland in March for a week with my wife and 2 kids..I have my out of date Green Card and 2 extension letter ..The last one saying for 18 months ..Im flying out of Orlando ..By what i been reading here ..its all that i need ...do i need to ring USCIS and tell them and if so do i need a letter from them ??...Thank you.

If both of the people are your sponsors and they filed married filed jointly, then it should be the total of their income, same as on the 1040 form if married filed jointly.

im flying next wed 16th ..i had my interview on the 31st of Aug... Payment information for non-immigrant visas ($265 in cash or US bank draft, or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover or American Express). No personal checks or any other credit cards, debit cards, and no euros!)

hii..have u try email Dublin embassy ... if not try ringing NVC ..and Packet is sent by email (to US Petitioner if that was the email given). Check your spam!

hii..yes 12 days is a long time..I sent mine in to Dublin on the 18th Aug..got my date 2 days later for the 31st Aug..I know they are quick in Dublin..maybe he left something out on I-160 form..im sure they sort it soon..good Luck.

On the i-134 form do you need to send a tax return ...it says in the instructions if self employed you need it...but not if just employed... The. In the packet three they sent it says they need a tax return. ..so do you send it or not... Because they are not self employed...thank u all for ur help

Yes...we had to ring to get our number ..its was 22 days waiting and it was already sent to Dublin went we rang on the 2nd of Aug... They got our on the 2 July and it was ready by 24 July.

I know in Dublin the stop my Fiancée and ask lots of question.. Like how much money she had and where she stay and for long for...but the let her in and she stay 2 months.

When u own a house and land and are using it on the affidavit of support can u use the county tax assessor appraisal in which the do every year r do u have to get it appraisal by a appraiser... Thank you for any help

When I handed it in I told them what it was for and I did tell them I have a record . I did say to her did she want me to wright in on it..she replied no its fine we look into it.. I got in back a week later saying everything was fine to my surprise.
