My boyfriend is a US citizen in California under the military. We have decided to get married. I am very concerned about the procedure for the K1 Visa application as it seems to be complicated and lengthy. Can anyone with experience please share their journey with me? Is it difficult to attain? I would like to be with him a year from now but I think it may take longer.
