I came in the US legally through a fiancé visa, got married but got divorced before renewing my conditional GC. Now, I am married to another man (American citizen) and have a child. My questions are:
1. Is it still possible to get my papers fix without leaving the US?
2. Do I still need help from my ex-husband to get my papers fix?
3. Am I eligible to get a hardship waiver?
My conditional GC has been expired for 3 yrs now. And I don't know whether USCIS took any action when I did not remove the conditions on my conditional GC before it expired; I moved out from the address that they have on my file as soon as I and ex filed for the divorce. Any answer would be appreciated. Thank you.
