  1. It's definitely an issue with USCIS, not a browser problem. Mine worked fine between 4/2 and 4/13. They touched it on 4/14 and that is when the validation errors started and still exist. I'm sure it will go away once they touch it again.... if they ever touch it again. It doesn't work on any browser or the mobile app. If you log into USCIS you don't get the validation error, but the messages section is blank. The mobile app doesn't even recognize the receipt number as being valid. I'm in IT and I can't believe their system works like this, my users would be out for my head, but government is different B-)

"but government is different" lol i forgot about healthcare.gov your right, its not the browser

  2. ERROR message, I notice a lot of people here always talking about getting an error message when they try to check their case status on the USCIS website. I check almost everyday and I never got an error message not even 1 time. I'm using google Chrome web browser. If your always getting a ERROR message maybe try a different browser. Internet explorer used to be good but i always hear people say nowadays that its no good. I never ever use internet explorer anymore.

  3. You can apply for a new K1 for the New Fiancee but if the previous K1 for the Previous Fiancee has been less then 2 years ago you have to file for a waiver. If that first K1 you did was over 2 years ago then you dont need to apply for a waiver and just fill out the I129-f as normal. To apply for a K3 you would need to go there and marry her first because K3 is a spousal visa
