Unbelievable .. I can't believe my eyes .. I seen 3 N/A !!!!!!!

I got checklisted for 2014 taxes, sent them form 1040 and cover letter explaininf that the transcript is not ready yet on 28th of April

You have the same scan date, I sent same documents but without explanation letter because they already know that there is no transcript yet at that date

I got the 60 days note , and on phone they say 30 days max !

It was asking for birth certificate, marriage license, passport, police certificate. All of this was in our package. it said it needs these items before an interview will be schedule. However the last two pages say what financial docs to bring to the interview for consular review...lol

I'm going to try and call it seems like a false checklist to me but who knows...

Our scan date was 4/6. This morning we got the 3 N/A's...

However, at the same time we got an email from the NVC with a 9 page PDF file for a checklist of things we submitted. Is this just a false checklist perhaps and something that happens often at case complete?

Was the checklist asking to submit all AOS & IV packages again .. Or specific thing ?

If that .. It is mostly false checklist

Friends .. I am lost .. Don't know who is handling the sheet

Sorry...the form is not expired as we consumers are concerned, use it its just fine.

1. You need an extension, amendments (form I-722), valid reason why you had not filed taxes by deadline of 4/15.

For 2, 3 and 4 you obviously have your schedules, tax returns copies, W2 forms you used to file with. Send all because obviously the transcripts are not going to be available for you for at least a few weeks.

I got checklist for 2014 tax, I filed the tax today, NVC is requesting to re fill I-864 and there is no new form on uscis website ! the expiry date is 3.31.2015

please advise what to send exactly because they are listing these requirements:

1. a written statement indicating why u did not file 2014 federal income tax return

2. 2014 IRS tax schedules

3.2014 federal income tax returns , IRS printout or letter 1722 issued by the IRS

4. 2014 W-2 forms or IRS tax transcript

I am so confused what to send and how to fill new I-864 and there is no updated one on USCIS website
