Good morning. My name is Gerardo(petitioner) , Luz Myriam (fiancee'), Juan (son). I have filed for visa K1 for my fiancee'. At this time she needs to file form DS-160 and schedule an appointment for interview, but through the process my fiancee' son has been included in all forms and now he has desired to stay studying and finish his college in Colombia. My question is what she should do since her son already has been included in the petition and he not longer wants to travel at this time? She should file DS-160 by herself? Please provide with an assistance. Thank you

She wants to file DS-160 and get an appointment date what can we do?

Unfortunately yes, but it once you send them back it takes few extras days for the approval.

It takes at least a month to be approved, but if it is taking more the 2 months, start calling
