We completed DS-260 form on October 25, 2015. We paid AOS fee on October 29, 2015. It says PAID on AOS. I check NVC case status everyday. It is December now and we have not got IV bill yet. I am living abroad with my husband. I cannot call NVC and ask about all this as I know people have to call several times in order to get their answers from NVC. Can anyone tell how long will they take to send IV bill?

I live abroad with my husband since my marriage which is 2 years. There was my sister's marriage in August. That is why it was late sent to them. I sent the bona fide marriage proof from here to USA in the first week of September. They got it on September 8, 2015.

I filed I-130 for my husband in March, 2015, but we did not include secondary evidence of our marriage. Then on July 23, 2015, USCIS sent us Request for Evidence for Bona Fide Marriage.Then, we sent bona fide marriage proofs. USCIS received it on September 8, 2015. Can someone please tell me how much time will they take in order to give us a decision?

Isn't it that beneficiary has to be in the country of where he or she is citizen?

I have a question to ask regarding my friend. My friend is in America. She is green card holder. She married her husband in Canada. Her husband is on work permit in Canada. His work permit expires after two years, then he goes back to India which is his birth country. He gets new two years work permit then he comes back again to Canada and work there. My friend married him last month. Can you please tell me if she files I-130 petition, will her husband has to go back to India and stay there in order for him to come to America? Is it possible for my friend to file I-130 petition for her husband, if her husband stays in Canada on work permit?

I filed I-130 petition for my husband from India to Chicago Lockbox on March 2, 2015 and USCIS received the petition on March 5, 2015. How to to know when our petition will be approved?

Does Nebraska Service Center approve petitions based on Countries or been married for long time? On what basis does it approve the petitions.

Can someone tell which month's petitions are being approved from Nebraska Service Center?
