Thank You. We were also given personal copies of the vaccinations administered. I'm a tad bit confused right now as to whether I should go ahead and get those 'other' vaccinations or not.

After collecting the sealed medical envelopes, a staff member at the clinic told my father that before leaving for the US, we had to get a couple more vaccinations(expected cost Rs 3-4k per person). What I don't understand is that, the medical envelope with the necessary details has already been sealed and collected, so why are they asking us to get these other vaccinations? I don't think they can be considered valid as they aren't in the envelope. Is this the norm or is it foul play on part of the clinic? Inquiring out of suspicion. We had our medicals done at Hill Park General Hospital.

@darnell yes I called them a few days back(as you suggested). NVC is in the process of physically forwarding our case to the embassy, should arrive 8-10 days before the interview. Thanks

I emailed the embassy again, got the same reply saying that they have no record of my case there. What the heck is going on? :\

My parents and youngest sister have an interview scheduled for the 1st of February. They are going to have their medical done in a couple of days, the question is that, can I and my younger sister also get the medicals done with them, we haven't been listed in the interview letter, but we are eligible under CSPA. CSPA cases get interview calls after a couple of weeks (so I've heard), so just thinking that it may save time. Any thoughts? Thank You for you time.

This just happened and I'm freaking out. My parents and sister are scheduled to have an interview(F4) on 1st February. My case is a CSPA case. I emailed the embassy in Islamabad explaining my situation but in return got this reply.

"We have found no record for the given case number 20xxxx00xx. Please contact the National Visa Center in the United States for information about your case."

Anyone ever have this? I didn't make a typo, wrote the correct case number and other relevant details.

I and my sister are over 21 years of age but we are eligible under CSPA(should be). On the CEAC website, the invoice for AOS and IV Application Processing Fees shows only the names of my father(Principal Applicant), mother and youngest sister and not ours. Why is this so and what do I do? Should I be worried?
