My interview was scheduled for February 28 but unfortunately two days ago received a letter saying that interview is De scheduled no date has been set yet 

Filed Dec 5 of 2018                                         Biometric done Dec 26                                   Case reviewing now                                           Estimate time 7 months

My AP took almost 9 months but don't worry it's just matter of time . You ll be good

I had to file a waiver I 601 & I 212 for unlawful presence & misrepresentation , so we submitted it on August 25 of 2014 got approved on January 15 , 2015 . After 3 months consulate required my passport unfortunately I was hit with AP which last 8 months , April to December . AP was completed on dec 04 , visa issued on January 28 .so if you have a strong case you will be fine , it's just a matter of time , good luck everyone .

Yes my interview was over one year past , still they didn't ask me for a second one . Most waiver applicants don't take second interview .good luck

Hi jazzy 2015 , no you don't have to pay again even it's over a year . They may ask u to resubmit DS 260 . I wasn't required a second interview

If your waiver is past 6 month , so you should contact your senator .

My passport is with consulate for IV processing but up to now I haven't heard from them & passport going to expire on June . Should I ask for it back then get new one or just wait for their call ?
