I have my K1 visa approved and released. However, i was given a documents instructing me to pay the USCIS Immigrant Fee that i have to pay before i travel to the United States???

Is this required for K1 visa Holder??

I believed my fiancee in US used my address where i live... As a beneficiary, i have never received any email/mail or sort of notifications directly from US offices... All notifications even the packets we received was sent all to my petitioner.. I would come to know when he forward it all to me.

You must complete the following two forms, print them and bring with you on your interview day:

Forms DS-160, Nonimmigrant Visa Application (online application form) ( ALREADY HAVE THE Completed )

Yes, affidavit of support from ur petitioner is mandatory.

Good that u were able to set an appointment with out their cofirmation to do so..Btw, the email we got from embassy has 3 attachments (Panel Physicians, lists of requirements and embassy rules) and instructions on how to book for interview...

Make make your fiancee in UAE must have the completed DS-160 form as this will be required to enter on the link they will provide for booking a schedule for an Interview. Approved Payment card online or Cash is needed before choosing a date. Meanwhile, ur fiancee in UAE should start complying the requirements in advance (Cenomar, NBI, Police Clearance Birthcertificate and more ) these will be mentioned as part of the requirements to be given by the US embassy

Do not refer yhe online status all the time as it is not always updated. If you have already received an email notification from NVC with the case # mostly likely in less than or exactly one month u should receive the email from UAE US embassy. The email will instruct you on what and how to book ur own appoinment interview. They will also attached 3 files (physician lists, requirements lists and embassy rules & regulation)

There is no payment on completing the DS-160 form. The online payment i was talking about is when you already receive the email from UAE US embassy. As i said the email consist of instruction and link and attachment, on what to do to be able to get an appointment for the interview. The Link on the email is where u need to book the interview date and this requires also ur complete DS-160 bar code # to be included on the application ... Payment is either card online or cash...

Im confused what is that Packet 3 all about??... In My case, embassy sent us the email with 3 attached Files (physician lists, requirements lists and the embassy Rules & regulations)

On the email, they,ve writen an instruction with their new appointment system policy that you need to book ur own date for the interview on their available slots... (This appointment will not be possible with out ur payment online or cleared cash payment thru their Bank Partner)

As per my experienced, UAE US Embassy sent an email to my fiancee/petitioner notifying him that they have received our case from NVC. This was sent to us less or exactly 1 month from the date we received the case# from NVC.

The email consists of instructions and lists of requirements to comply. (Note: on this email they have instructed us to book our own appointment date for the interview) And must pay the visa fee via online or cash (thru their Bank partner)

Please help me understand, the AUH US Embassy sent me the lists of requirements to comply. However, it doesnt mention to obtain the updated letter of "Intent to Marry"

Is this really required??

In my case we paid 265dhs online for the visa to be able to book an appointment for the interview.

The AUH US Embassy will send an email to you fiancee/petitioner notifying him that they receibe ur case

They will also mention on the email the instructions as well as the attachments of the requirements.

Regarding the Affidavit of Support, it says i should bring the Originals on the Interview.. Does it means that my fiancee has to courier all the complete forms here in UAE?

To my Kabayan in UAE,

I would suggest to have it done here coz its much quicker. My fiancee applied for K1 visa 1st week of October with all the detailed and accurate documents..

By mid of Nov. we received the USCIS approval follewed by the NVC case #..

By this week of December we got the email from AUH Embassy with the lists of requirements to complete. (Some of these i have already processed ahead such as NBI and Cenomar)

As per their email, they have a new appointment system, where u need to book your own appointment for the interview and pay online or Cash.

The Soonest schedule i got is on Jan. 11th 2016.

I hope and pray that everything will go smoothly.

I have created a profile on the link provided by the embassy. However, i am stuck on Visa Class* Enter the Visa Class selected in the DS-160 Form

I am unable to find the right Visa Class (K1-Fiancee) as it is not mention. Do you have an idea whats goin on here? (This is under Non-immigrant Visa section )

Speaking about Fee, does it require to pay online? Or i can pay it all on the interview date? Btw, i have the completed DS160 and already got the confirmation printed before this email came. As it was advised by NVC when they issued the Case #

I need some clarification here!

I am on K1 Visa. We have received an email from Abu Dhabi Embassy on Dec. 13th. Says, ( Good day, The Immigrant Visa Unit at the U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi has received your fiancée visa file etc... )

There are 3 attachments in MS Word for Panel Physician, Required Documents and Security Information. The email also provides us the link where we need to apply for the appointment and this makes me confused because I thought they will give us the schedule for the interview??

Please share your knowledge if you have about this matter.
