hi everyone! just wanna ask how long does it take for the embassy to send the packet 3? it has been 20 days but until now i haven't received the instruction packet from the embassy in tokyo. thanks!
DId you ever receive your packet 3? Still waiting here... wondering if something is wrong. The CEAC website says 'Ready' since 8/4/15 and it is now 8/19/15 without any updates or contact. Trying to contact the embassy has not helped or provided any answers either...

Yes, our case number is TKY for USEM Tokyo... but still no mail yet.
