My IR1 case is completed at NVC and i receive my Interview Date but status at NVC website is still showing at NVC only

is this a general problem i already book my biometric appointment and medecal appointment

Hi everyone , i just got my IR1 case completed few days back and got my PIV letter with my interview at New Delhi Embassy is on 20th Novermber 2015.

as per my knowledge i follow these steps till now:

1. Already created a account on ustraveldoc.com/in and Scheduled my Biometric Interview

2. Already Booked a appointment for Medical

3. Already Have PCC

Please let me know if i miss any step/document

hi everyone i applied for CR1 /IR1 and my case is was pending with NVC after submitting all forms and fee on July 15 i just got a email yesterday saying that

All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has

been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and

attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

please let me know its means that my case got completed or i have to wait again and how much it will take to schedule my interview at INDIAN Counsulate

hi i am also in the same situation you are. you have to wait 30 working days means one and half month between that you can check your fee which is showing paid on ceac website, once your AOS fee change to N/a means your case is complete by NVC and they put your case in line to schedule the interview by the concern embassy/consulate.

hi my case is also pending with the same stage you have at nvc and my interview is also going to be in new delhi embassy.

hi everyone i got my PCC from local police station also i applied online on delhi police website and issue in 10 days thanks you so much now i have both PCC from local passport office as well as from the police station also

No, your reply wasn't inappropriate. I thought you think that everyone in Delhi goes to Delhi Police PCC, so I was just providing clarification on it. You were nice in your reply. Good luck...

Ok....So, you mean, one needs to go online for Delhi Police and request PCC from there? How long does it take to obtain PCC from Delhi Police and do Police come to your place to verify/investigate or you need to go somewhere to get the physical copy of their PCC?

You say that Delhi Police make all this online then are you talking about this PCC that you got from passport office or are you talking about a separate PCC from Delhi Police and not from passport office?

I know that PCC is issued thru passport office in India...and you can do all this thru online, but it's not about Delhi Police, its about passport offices which issue PCC because a passport is issued after police verification. So passport offices do have police report in their record. But as I said above that 3 cases were lately reported from New Delhi wherein consulars asked to submit PCC from local police station too.

yes i am talking about 2 pcc because one is from pasport office they issue me same day and one from local police station stating period of my stay at current address and no criminal record you can see the sample on the delhipolice.nic.in its on the front page

yes i go to herald square , ITO . i never go to any police station because delhi police make this online and yes they put the stamp pcc for usa.

My appointment is not next month but pcc is not required for appointment only we can fill the form and can go next day they will give on the same day very easy process

Fee for pcc is 500

i am very confuse here please help me out.

I am in IR1/CR1 VISA process and my application is pending with NVC.

i applied for PCC on Indian Passport Office Website 2 days back and I visit to local Passport Office in Delhi yesterday. They issue PCC same day within 3 hours (both letter and stamp of my passport). is this i need only ?

OR

I need 2 PCC one is from Local Passport Office and another one is from Delhi Police, Separately through applying on their website ?

i am confuse because here i see some review they said they get only from passport office and at the time of interview they didn't ask from local police certificate separately.

If she is the step-child of a US citizen then she needs her own petition. The NVC cannot just add her name automatically unless you're married to a permanent resident and not a US citizen.

I have no idea what you're talking about this time or next time. Why wouldn't you just bring your daughter with you. Stop processing at the NVC until your daughter's file catches up. Otherwise she will be left behind in your home country while you move to the USA and it doesn't sound like that is what you want to do.

Yes She was a Permanent Citizen when we File I 130 and later she become US Citizen

Hi everyone please suggest me i am so confuse. This is my second marriage and i have a daughter before also. In my IR-1/CR-1 visa NVC added my daughter name automatically. I am willing to take her together with me. They suggest me this time she can come easy and no need I 130 but i want to confirm if we apply for her later so we have to file I-130 again? she is just 5 years old. I am not able to decide this time or next time please suggest me.

Dear all Please suggest me i am Beneficiary of USC and i have a daughter from my prior marriage i fill her name where they as about kids in I130 Petition.

Now my Petition is just approve in March and NVC send me Bill of my name and my daughter name also, (my daughter is 5 years old). Please suggest me what i do, can i pay NVC IV bill for her and process further ??

No this is first time i dated mature women.

yes i like to take care for her but she is very healthy then me for today

her brother and friend already accepted her and i talked with them many times

all are accept my side and her side both

she got citizen through naturalization. Her brother is a Doctor and he petition for her and we meet online she visited to india 2 time we live together for 1 months

and marriage according to indian law as we both are in same religion. we have all document to show related to genuine relationship everyday we talked many times and my passport have her name and she also have same

its was tough to collect the document for relationship but we are in true relationship from last 3 years. We provided everything to uscis which is possible my family is all supported me now but before we married i not tell them. but later i tell them they accept all and now they also talk with her sometime over video chat. My family everyone give affidavit for acceptance of our relationship - my father, mother, sister, friends

and also show them day by day more then 5000 pages chat history

Hi everyone i want to ask everyone who have the big age difference like me from my USC wife we are in NVC process and in relationship of more then 3 years now. I want to know what kind of question CO may ask regarding the age gap. I just passed my I 130 Petition after 15 months. Please help if, or if someone also face the same situation in age gap like this i am waiting for my interview soon.
