Hi.
What happened to your cousin's petition? Did she apply for humanitary reinstatemnt? We have the same case..i have my intv date next month but my father/petitioner died.

I had the same case with you before.
Just go to a lawyer and request for an affidavit of two disinterested person attesting that you a have a parent-child relationship ( these 2 person could be a neighbor,old family friend ,not related to you)
Let them sign the affidavit.
They will served as a witness like your parents sending you to school etc
Send your school records (form 137, transcript records) where your father's name appear as your parent/guardian
Addl documents baptismal certificate.
