My husband interview is on August 18th, I'll be attending the interview with him but I need to get back to work, does anyone know how long it take to get the passport back after the interview in ecuador? Also I read we have to pay one more fee ( green card fee) I'm not sure, if so what's the amount? And can I pay before I leave or do I have to pay after the interview?

Can someone help me- I'm trying to get time off from work to be with my husband on his interview and hopefully get a flight back with him. How long after approval should we get the passport back? The embassy in guayaquil ecuador, our attorney keep saying it only takes about three days to get the passport back but I feel like it impossible but again in not sure,,,,,,,,, ????

April 30 sd still nothing i dont know what to do now june 2 they put it under supervisor review i been calling they said theyre comp was down and up last week they need time to check ds260

Yes call- they told me the same thing this morning and I called back today and interview was scheduled

So I called NVC this morning and the rep said no interview for me and that they finished yesterday scheduling for august yesterday !! Well she was wrong I just called at 1:30 and OMG I have an interview scheduel for august 18 at 10:00......thanks GOD!!! I'm so excited!!! I been jumping of joy for an hour !! ????????

My case was flagged for supervisor review on 22nd June and was told to wait for 42 days from 22nd June.

Last week my case was again flagged for supervisor review. Till today, my documents have not been reviewed yet. Again today they flagged my case for supervisor review.

Called today 3 times.

1st operator's reply : "Your i864 is missing, you need to send it again"

(i864 was already sent on 4th may, still the operator replied me this.)

i called again after 30 minutes,

2nd operator's reply : "Sir, you have a checklist. We have sent you the checklist email"

Me : but i have not yet received any email from NVC.

2nd operator's reply : "ok sir, i shall send the email again, you will get it within 7 business days"

i called again after 2 hours,

3rd operator's reply : "Sir, your documents have not been reviewed yet. We are still waiting to get it reviewed."

Me: ok...please send a note to the supervisor to review my documents as soon as possible bcoz its been already 71 days from my scan date but my docs have not been reviewed yet.

3rd operator's reply : "Sure Sir, i am going to send a note to the supervisor to review your docs as soon as possible"

Can you imagine, i have talked to 3 different operators today and got 3 different replies.......this is insane...........i am getting frustrated now

its been 71 days from my scan date, but still my documents have not been reviewed yet. don't know how NVC works.....they don't have a systematic process and moreover they have stupid operators answering our calls....

and ya, everytime i asked the operator to transfer the call to the supervisor but no supervisor was ever available when i called, so unfortunately i had to speak with the stupid operators..........

You should request to speak to a supervisor- it really works I spoke to a supervisor and had cc like 7 days after (because of July 4 holiday )

What does second round of interviews mean??? Sorry it's all so confusing???

That's weird because I called today as well and the lady told me they are doing their second round of interviews for August this week.

This NVC rep have no idea what we are going through, I feel like they just say anything to get us off the phone! ? so sad- I called on Friday and all rep said was you just got a cc you need to be patient and wait for the interview to be scheduel most people have to wait at least two month and hung up, he didn't even let me talk ! A**h***!!!

I called NVC today- no interview yet and the rep told me they will stop scheduling interviews for august soon and start scheduling for September in a couple of weeks- I asked if ecuador august interviews slots were closed and she said she doesn't have that info. I know ecuador was one of the first country to start scheduling for because a friend cc on June 18 and was scheduale interview on June 26 for august 17. Ugh I'm so sad after taking to that rep, am I really going to have to wait for a September interview ??? Is there any chance I might get a august interview? I'm ready to pull my hair out with this NVC process.... ???

How can I check if ecuador is closed for august interviews??? I called NVC and the rep said NVC is still scheduling interviews until mid July but she have no idea if ecuador is closed for august. Is there a page/link/website I can check? Or can I call the embassy???

Is it true that NVC is done scheduling august interviews next week? They only schedule the first two weeks of the month?

My check list scan date was may 14th- i called today and asked to speak to a supervisor and the rep was nice enough to transfer me- the supervisor said my documents were missed place and I my doc should be review before the end of this week, I been reading so many bad things about supervisor review I'm scared- should I believe him and call back on Thursday? Or did he just say that to get of the phone?

Are you sure you don't have a checklist? Did you double check your email with NVC to make sure they have the correct one? Did you call nvc? That's way pass due I think everyone from April been reviewed already

Hello everyoneeee! Any CC lately? My checklist SD is may 29th so we just have one more week. I called on tuesday and lady sd my documents were being reviewed that they are taking 30 days but it could take a little bit longer for the high volume of mail they are receiving. Jeez!

About a month. Not really along wait. Depends when you get a CC. When was your CC. You have no Timeline?

How do I add my timeline? I haven't received my cc yet I'm hoping for the end of this week- on April 16 they received my doc, on May 13 I received a checklist for my AOS which I fixed the same date and my checklist scan date is May 14- so I'm praying for a cc by the end of this week- I did a I601a so this been going on for over a 1 and 1/2 ? ready to be done and I know it seems crazy but I'm hoping for a late July interview ?

Does anyone have any experience with the time between CC and interview in Ecuador? Ecuador doesn't seem very busy- or I just can't find much info on this embassy....... I really hope it's not to late for a July interview
