i file I-130 for my wife june 2014 , april 2nd she had interview at the state department in kathmandu , the visa officer refuse to give her visa saying that not enough proof of evidence . it was my mistake also, too confident didn't took any phone call record or skype records . so they send my case back to uscis for review , after 180 days staying in uscis office i got email yestarday , it is saying case security check pending . now i don't know how long i have to wait again becuase i only have 1 year to respose but i can not do anythig other then waiting .

sate department refuse to give visa to my wife on april 2nd , not enough evidence . recived an email from uscis today saying my case i-130 is on security check pending . i call uscis cause i already waited more then 6 months now , now they saying 6 month is minimum time ,we can not do anything you have to wait she said . anybody know how long will it take security check ?

my visa type is I-130 for spouse .

they refuse it and give 221-g form asking for more evidence

i have been doing tax file as a married person and on my tax file paper i have her name on it as spouse .

they were looking for pictures of us getting merried in traditional way , because my uncle past away a week before that i can't do that it was just a simple one few pictures taken to show at the interview , i provide all the marrige certificate , realtion verification certificate ,

they denied the visa at the time of interview on april 1 2015 .

i don't have any joint account but i have records of chatting on facebook sharing pictures , skype chatting ,

hello I-130 for my wife refuse , what to do next

my wife had interview in us embassy in Kathmandu Nepal on April 1st 2015 . they denied the visa saying not enough proof of evidence because they were looking for pictures of me and her getting married in traditional way , our wedding was very small n simple cause my uncle passed away just before a week . that is the reason we did not do a big fat wedding there is not a lot pictures also . now we request a new interview date , she has picture of us posted in facebook after our wedding , will that be a good evidence going in social media and telling the world that we are married people comments congrtultion and so many thing , I was thinking to do screen shot of that and take that in the next interview .

what othere thing will be a good evidence of proof ?

how long will it take now for the next interview date ?
