US embassy in Kathmandu told may wife to visit consular section to retake the oath .

what is that mean by ? does anyone have any idea ?

my i-130 case for my wife has been finally reaffirmed . it took more then 2 years to reaffirmed .

i got email from the Kathmandu USA embassy on may 18 , they told me to submit passport , passport size photo and all other documents to a bank . they did not give any date on that .

will there be an interview again or not ?

because USCIS approved my case twice now, does that mean guarantee visa now ?
