After a very long 90 day wait I got an email regarding my EAD saying card ordered to be produced.Yaaay!! No change on the AP though and it's been about 40 minutes since I got the email. Is this a bad sign for my AP???

Hi everyone! I still haven't heard anything. My filling date is 2/13 and I've seen that some of you guys filled after that and already have your cards. I contacted USCIS just to hear the same thing I can read when I access my application online. Then proceeded to contact a senator's office and should hear something from them soon(?). I was wondering if you guys would have any more advice or ideas on how to proceed. The fact that applications filled later than ours got approved already makes me think there's something wrong with ours but we don't get any info from USCIS..Any remarks would be appreciated! Thanks!

This might be a silly question but when you guys did you timeline the date you used as filling date is when you mailed it?

They are probably not going to help you over the phone until it is over 90 days processing time which for you would be May 13th but I'm sure you'll be approved way before then, if there was a problem with your form they would have already contacted you maybe it just got a little backlogged. I wish you the best and hope you get approved soon!

But now I'm truly worried. My NOA is 2/13 and still no word on anything. I even to called to make sure nothing was wrong only to have them read to me over the phone that "my case was received on 2/13..." and that is all. It's insane that they can't give any other information.

Me too, we have similar timelines so whenever you say you got yours I'll be even more impatient lol

I'm in the same time frame as you guys, maybe a little earlier. People who have the same NOA as me already got approved and I still haven't heard anything. Should I be worried?

Ours literally changed within a 5 minute period, been checking it like a mad woman lol I hope you hear something soon!

My Status Changed today to Card was Mailed!!!!!!

Im just worried because since march 20 my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview we'll send you a notice and has been a month and I didn't receive any letter... Anyone else with the same thing??

New question for those who already got approved: how long after the status change to "card in production" did you receive the actual card? Is it possible to pay for expedite shipping?

I'm very anxious too. I also filled after marrying under a K1 visa. I thought the processing times were the same regardless of the basis for filling so when I saw some people starting to get their approvals I got excited thinking I might hear something next week..

I filled for AOS, EAD and AP in February. AP and EAD were received on 2/13 and still no change on the website status. We filled through the Chicago office.

Has anyone who filled around that date seen any change yet?

I really need my AP ASAP!
