Yes he has been interview and everything went well he just received his passport back from the embassy to and he will be leaving Italy for new York Monday but we are planning to go to Africa for the Christmas....I have an American passport but I just don't want him to be rejected while coming back into the state after our mini vacation

My husband is coming into the US with a spouse visa from Italy next weekand I am a us citizen I wanted to find out if he will be allowed back into the United state if we travel on his visa ... because we wanted to travel back home to africa

Hi good evening if I may ask what date did u submit the documents to nvc and how long did it take them to reply u that they have received your documents and that they are complete...cause am having the same issue too.. please and thanks

Thanks Kausar. Yesterday I have got an email from NVC stating that all documentation is completed for NVC. We will schedule your interview and will let you know asap. So , our case is completed now Right ?

Am filing a spouse visa for my husband who lives in italy received a letter from nvc to mail all required documents which I will be mailing tomorrow...but how long does it take the nvc to go thru the papers befor I get the next responds
