My noa2 finally got approved after waiting 8 months, 3 weeks, and 5 days!!. However I have to admit that only 12 days later after I submit my RFE. They approved my noa2. I am so ready to continue. My hopes are stronger then ever now. I am ready to continue with the next steps. Good luck every body. We are all going to make it!!!

It is a common RFE. Did you provide letters of intent to marry from both the petitioner and the beneficiary with your original filing?

Thanks for answering. I'm not sure about me, I don't remember, but she definitely did. Should I get the banquet hall contract, wedding announcements, etc, with a fictitious date on them or should I have them drafted with "a potential date" pending USCIS/embassy approval?

I receive an RFE today. Almost 8 months after I receive the noa1. Now I have to wait for the actual letter to arrive so I could see what else they need in order to get approved. Good luck every one, this process really sucks

Hello all. The RFE I got is ridiculous, if you ask me. They wish to receive "further evidence" of my Fiancée's "intention" to marry me, so they asked me for e-mails outlaying our wedding plans, wedding announcements (when we don't know when she would be coming with all this waiting, much less a set wedding date), a copy of the contract of the banquet hall where we will be celebrating our wedding at, and an updated statement from my girlfriend about her intentions to marry me within 90 days of her arrival in the U.S. Although to obtain this information is not that much of a problem for us, it doesn't make any sense for me that the government might be asking us for "futuristic" information of something we might or not have planned to do. I feel as though USCIS is forcing us now to have a wedding celebration. Not sure if anyone around here has received a similar RFE. Regards!

I don't get it. Texa service center has the date of October 4 post it. Apparently that's the date they are attending right now. However, I am the 30th of September and I have not receive yet my noa2. Do some body has the answer of my issue? Thanks a lot.

I have been waiting for almost 8 months and I don't even have noa2 yet ((

I have not received noa2 yet. This is bad.

Tomorrow is going to be my 210 day waiting for my NOA2 and nothing yet I hope soon I will have it.
