So unfortunately made a copy of the Canadian police certificate. On the visa appointment letter it states that both letters are sent to Us embassy

My wife has her visa interview in 2 weeks and the only thing I'm concerned is the police certificate. My wife and I sent her Japanese police certificate(native country) and her Canada police certificate(stayed less than a year) to NVC. Does she still need to bring her police certificates to visa interview because there is no time for her to get her certificates on time if that's the case. I only have a copy of her Canadian police certificate. Please let me know. Thank you.

My wife got her visa interview in November, but there is one little issue that we have. So in Japan, there is no middle name and we want to add her maiden name as her middle name once she's in the US. What are necessities to add her middle name?

My mother will be a joint sponsor for my wife and one issue that I have come across is that my mother changed her last name a year ago and it doesn't match with her US passport which I know she needs to show proof of US citizenship. My question is can she put her new last name as her information even though it doesn't match with her passport?

There's only three people you can put under for support. My mom is my co-sponsor she has 4 people she supports, but there is no room for another box

For question 8, there is no room to add another person for support. Do I just write the extra person underneath?

I got letter of employment, pay stubs, and tax returns. Would that be enough?

This for the I-134 co-sponsor. Instead of getting the IRS tax return from online can I use the tax return copy that was prepared by an accounting service?

I was wondering once my fiancé recieves packet 3, can she schedule the appointment or the embassy does?

Hey people, how long does it take to recieve packet 3? June 9th my fiancé and I got approved for noa2. But I haven't called yet for case number from NVC.

Thanks. I'm freaking out, so it should be there in her country. I'll try to call them, but I have to wait next week cause the holidays...

So packet 3 won't be sent until i call NVC for the tracking or can it still arrive even if I didn't get the tracking? It always go to voicemail saying they are busy and I can't do anything because I'm at work too.

Your fiancee can start gathering police records cause it takes 2 weeks to receive after application. I'd suggests she would do medical after receiving Packet 3 because it wont take too much time to get the result ( roughly 5 working days ). DS -160 can be save then apply later on whenever she's ready to make an interview appointment. Hope this will helps. Goodluck!

Hello guys, my fiancee is from Japan and I recently got her passport photo and it has a blue background plus its less than 2x2. But she said this is Japan standards and its different from US. Will it be okay to send this photo along with the g-325a form?

She told me that the picture she gave me is where usually take a passport photo. I heard someone sent a photo similar to my fiancées and still got approved

I received my fiancee's photo but it's a blue background. it looks much smaller than 2x2. I read around in some topics that it can be an issue. We already have everything with paperworks. Hope this is not too big of an issue. Please help
