please i need help. i'm applying Immigrant visa. NVC advise me to submit DS 260 Online Immigrant Application. i filled out all the information. but when Sign & Submit page, asking for NVC case number & passport number. it always says "The Passport Number entered does not match the Passport Number that you previously entered." what does it mean? please help me. advise me what to do. thank u
