  1. Hi...untuk menjawab pertanyaan nomor kamu no

    Good luck

  2. You will received Packet 3 via email contains information what kind documents you should bring to the interview. For me, they only asked I-134 form signed and dated ( original), W-2 ( copy) and tax return (copy) even though I brought my husband's bank statements, his investment papers and insurance policy. They did not even ask. Don't forget birth certificate in English translation if you have the old version.

Thank you now i know exactly what documents original vs copy should i bring. Yes i have birth certificate english version.
  3. No, you don't have to. K-1 stage is more for the beneficiary. He's already proven himself as USC since the petition is approved. As long as he makes above the poverty line you both should be just fine. U.S. Embassy in Jakarta doesn't look at bank account as long as I-134 is above the poverty line.

So the original documents i should bring to the interview I-134 & my birth certificate? and the other documents are copy?
  4. 1. He should have some balance maybe a few thousands in bank just in case they ask. In my case, they didnt even ask my fiance but they did ask for my Tax papers, pay stubs, w2s showing i make 7X more than 125%. Maybe that's why they did not ask for bank statements.

    2. Its ok. Passport will do. I lost mine too and didn't have any problem. He will get an NOA showing his alien number on the right side of the paper. That will do. Make sure to keep that Alien # on file for future use.

Thank you for reply. He make 165k/ year but his bank statement very bad only 2k for now. We worried about that. And we already get NOA2 and our case ready so do i need to bring his original pasport to my interview
  5. I as beneficiary and i have 2 questions pls help because me and my fiancee worried about this

    1. His bank statement very bad because he just paid car off and bought furniture for new house which the house not under on his name is on his mum name. But he has 401k retirement to support is it good enough?

    2. He lost his original naturazation so he just send me a copy of naturalization for my interview. Is his pasport enough to prove he US citizen which is he not born in US but he has been US citizen long time ago

I really appreciate it for any suggestions and advice. Thank you

  6. I see, so they NVC might send email directly to the beneficiary... since I have file the petition every though I selected the electronic notification USCIS never send any electronic message to update our status, we have only received the actual mail from them so I am not the sure that optimist that NVC would send my fiancee any email so to be on the safe side I will call them after a week or two.

Im as beneficiary never get any email from the NVC. When the case are ready the consulat send email to the petitioner then the beneficiary email to consulat after the case and ready for medical check up and interview
  7. The USCIS says that they sent my case to department of state, Does NVC is going to send me a letter with my case number so I could check my status on their webiste or I have to call them to get the case number? if so how many days after my case was sent to NVC i should call them? Thanks

Mine went to NVC on 22 july and get case number on August 12 and i didnt call NVC at all my fiance gets notification from email. Hope it helps
  8. We used lawyer to help our visa processing and the lawyer doing unprofesional work. Now we have to do it by our sefl. My fiancee submitted original documents (divorced paper, birth certificate) to lawyer as he requested. And now our case been ready. My fiancee tried to call lawyer he not answering even tried to email him also but no response. And i need to bring all the documents for my interview. What i questioning is all the documents we already submitted it will send back to lawyer or my fiance?

  10. On the USCIS site, after it says "we sent your file to the department of state," it won't update on there anymore. You have to call the NVC to get the new case number. Then you can put that new number into the CEAC tracker, and that will tell you when the NVC sends it to the consulate ("in transit") and when it arrives ("ready")

When we get new case number it will be mail to the petitioner?
  11. It won't change anymore on the USCIS website. You should phone the NVC and ask them for your case number, then you can track it online on the US department of state website (CEAC). On CEAC, it will show you whether your status is "in transit" from NVC or "ready" at the consulate for you to book an interview.

Ooh ok thank you for the information. Does anyone know apps for free calls. I tried to find here but couldn't find it cause i read before here about free calls app
  12. Congrats to Rachel & David and to Scott & Vina on your happy news.

We're January 12th NOA1. No news yet. Getting tougher by the day. My fiance is in Japan and I'm very worried about "divorce decree" not being adequate because in Japan everything was done civilly (No Court was involved in Divorce, just paperwork filed at her City Hall). We sent in a document which was her ex-husband's Family Register, which noted the divorce, as proof. I'm just not sure that's going to suffice. If we're destined for RFE I'd just like to get on with it so we can respond with new documents if we can get them and lessen the delay. So, it's really nerve wrecking....

Quick question: With my I-129f I sent in a form to receive notice by e-mail. For my NOA1 I did receive an e-mail confirming they received the package.

It sounds like there something else I can sign up for to get notices. Is that the signup on the "MyUSCIS" portion of their website?

Anyway, despite our potential issues and the nervous w

aiting, I am truly happy for all of you who have received your approvals.

Yesterday i tried sign up on the website but I couldn't. I just get notification on the apps I download on my mobile
