My fiances interview went very well with no hiccups thankfully. POE is in just 3 days!! End to end from I-129F to POE will only have been 4 months. We are so excited and so very grateful for VisaJourney.

My fiances interview was scheduled for today, and we are approved! I'm so very proud of her for being so patient and remaining so strong through all of this. We feel very fortunate and grateful that we haven't run into any issues throughout the K-1 process so far. To the ones who are nearing their interview dates, we wish you all the very best. He can apply soon after arrival, but he needs to wait a few days so SSA can find his I-94. He doesn't need to wait until his EAD or residence permit. Many have suggested to get the SSN first before filing for AOS. Then you can use the SSN on the AOS documents, and you should get another SSA card after his EAD is completed.

EAD= Employment authorization document
