    I'm pretty sure you won't have to submit anything new as 2015 taxes aren't required to be filed until April 18th.

    Did you receive your interview date today?

    Hi thanks for your fast answer . Long story , we are from Iran , because there is no US embassy in Iran we have to go to other countries which are close to Iran , they assigned our case number for Ankara ,Turkey embassy , we have been waiting for almost 5.5 months for our Interview without any chance , then I went to my congressman And asked them to change our us embassy from Ankara to another country which is Dubai , UAE now , And they finally gave us our interview date.

    Still nothing for me :( CC Augest 11 Ankara embassy ( Turkey ) I was wondering why it takes long time for them to schedule an interview in turkey ? other people who got their interview after 120 days !!! ?


    Just called. Nothing for us, but the rep confirmed our CC date (7/20)...will call later this month, but I guess this probably means we'll have the interview in early December. sigh :clock: was really hoping to be home in time for the holidays and that hope is now fading. Thanks, US Embassy Cairo.

    we are on the same boat :( I do not know what is wrong with this kind of embassies Turkey ,Emirates and Egypt takes for ever to schedule an interview :( I think it is all because of middle east problem and tons of refugees :(

    K1's schedule them self. They have a calendar just like we do. The difference is they get to pick their own date. Why ask the embassy why more slots than IR1/CR1/ Just like they did for Jordan saying they are opening up October to IR1/CR1 with 100 more slots.

    It's a different calendar and every embassy slots how many of each type they will do a day.

    Just finished calling and still nothing scheduled. I don't know if my husband will make it in time for our daughter's birth now.

    I don't know , what is going on :( ? Why it is happening ? when is you PD ? mine is nov 10 ,

    It has been almost 1 year that we are waiting , lots of K1 interview !!! why should they give them visa much sooner that us !! we are couple we got married !! they just decide to !!!

    I hate this rule , they have to do something . go check interview data on their web site, see how many k1 interview they have scheduled and how many CR1 !!!!

    Our scan date is April 21 and so far we have not had anything reviewed. After the 30 day waiting period we were placed under supervisor review, which is supposed to take 42 days at the max. After 45 days there was no action taken in our case, and so it was flagged for supervisor review again, restarting the counter. Presently we are at 98 days waiting for action to be taken on our case.

    Some people have their cases looked at almost immediately (a few days) after being placed on supervisor review. Some take weeks. In rare cases, you get people like me who get lost in the system. I recommend you call a few times a week to check up on what's happening, if possible. What I do is call exactly when they open at 7am EST. Usually I will be on hold for less than 30 seconds before speaking to someone.

    If you need any tips on how to get through, let me know. I've been calling for a long time now.

    Hello , Long time no See . my idea is do not look at your Scan date , look at your PD . this process takes around 1 year . I sent my I-130 on nov 10 and I am still at nvc and Got check list for not sending tax transcript that I am 1000 % I sent them :(

    Hello guys , I got check list for not sending tax transcript I am sponser and I have also joint sponser , ( everything on joint sponser side is OK ) . I am self employed and got 1099 , I called NVC they said you have to send w2 or tax transcript .

    But I have already sent them my 1099 form and a statement that indicates why I did not file tax for 2013 and 2012 .

    What should I do please help me ? Is there any wayto get the tax transcript soon , on their websites it says online service unavailable and mail is going to take 10 days :(

    NVC Filers - May 2015

    Just got off the phone with NVC - they're saying it's currently taking 35 days for them to receive cases and to call back 35 days after the NOA2 date. My NOA2 date is April 27th, should I keep calling before the 35 days is up, or is that a pretty accurate number?

    They Approved my case 4/17/15 , I have not heard anything from nvc till now :( , I called them 2 times one time they said we received your package 04/27 and it takes 45 days to assign case number , Today I called them again and they Said we received your case 4/30 ?????????? And it takes 30 days to assign case number :) I dont know why they say different date for receiving my case ,

    my I-130 Approved 10 days before you , Hope we all get out case number soon
