Contact the NVC. Provide them with a photocopy of your 20 years old daughter's birth certificate with a certified English translation. Reference the case number, petitioner's info, and your info.
Google "contact NVC."
Google "USCIS translation."
Please review the rules of CSPA.
The 23 years old daughter has aged out.
Please don't give the OP false hope.
My friend i didn't give him any false hope ..and just told him what i know and what NVC told him was same with my info... like that im right i think
he will lose nothing if he try!!!!... i didn't confirm to him anything i was totally clear in my point

My interview was scheduled at 8:00 am in US Embassy in Abu Dhabi, UAE....went their at 5 and around 7:30 security requested us to proceed to the gate and i was asked for interview letter and original passport then i went inside and waited. I was called around 8:10 and a lady asked me to provide original documents which was listed in the Interview letter and she asked me certain question as follows:
Where is your wife?
How long you guys have been married?
Is this your first marriage?
and i was advised to proceed to window 10 for finger scan and requested to wait for another interview. Around 9 i was called for final interview.
Was nice lady smiled me and greeted me and she ask me
How you guys met each other?
Is she citizen or GC?
Where is she working?
When did she went to US?
How you guys communicated and for how long in day and i smiled and told her more than 3 4 hrs per day
Who else are there in your wedding?
How many times you met your wife after marriage and when?
and she smiled me and told me everything looks fine and i am gonna approve your visa and she handover me a pink copy to come and collect the passport.
I wish to all family members best of luck and pray for their process comes to end very soon!!

Hi, My husband and I are in the same boat. Interview in June 23, 2015. Husband's passport returned, no paper given, and told Administrative Processing. A month later an email was requesting missing documents (I don't know if this constitutes a 221g, I guess it is). The documents missing, were given to the officer (casilla 12) during the interview (the officer, a she, was very aggressive compare to the other ones in the other casillas). I had to travel back to NY to get the documents again. I mailed them to my husband and he took them to VAC at 360 Galeria. We were told by a very reliable source to give in the passport along with the documents wanted, so we did. This was on August 14 2015. The 60 days have passed. I emailed
support-dominicanrepublic@traveldocs.com, asknvc@state.gov, and sent an email to my district's congressman (house.gov to find your congressman). Ceac still says "Refused" not AP, but read somewhere that getting your congressman involved can shake the tree where the case got stuck. I did that in the past two days, I'm waiting for his response. There is something also called Ombudsman at the USCIS that apparently helps cases like this use by lawyers. You can only do one thing or the other (Congressman or Ombudsman). They say go with the Congressman first. It's been 4 since the interview an no decision yet. My husband is stuck in the Dominican Republic, I'm in NY suffering a storm. I just want to help others as well who are stuck in the process like us. This info might help you. If you have done other thing to help the process along, please blog. This info helps others as well. We need to help each other.
we are very sorry to hear that.... may we know what the reason to refused the visa?!! and what they told during the interview ?!

Not at all
is it meaning she can apply for medicaid and it will not effect our case ....or opposite that
-
is the petitioner pregnant women with no income (green card holder) can apply for medicaid ?!!
and if she have applied and got the insurance will it effect on her husband immigrant visa ?!
-
it's very strange case for us so what about the officer in interview ?!!2 days sure not enough for strong marriage case so as the other advices ..ask your wife to visit you before your interview and spend more days with her even try to go for honeymoon with her this is the best proof ,,,all other things i think will not help yougood luck
-
Hi, all.
I share that today I called for my medical examination results about TB, sputum and culture test. All be right I do not have any TB sickness, it was negative. Now they are just sending those results to US embassy soon. Good news.
Best regards.
very good news wish you a good luck and speed move in your visa

Can you please paste all your checklist here?

-
Hi sam,
Just want to ask if you were given a checklist prior to ur interview sched or were u already case completed? Why is the embassy just asking this from u now? And the contract of lease, were they asking for a proof that u and ur family will be living in that same address together?
no check list.... they asked this things during my interview
-
We submitted aos original but the prblm is my husband doesnt meet required poverty guideline bec my husband income 2014 is only 17500$.... I havent received any checklist before my interview
did they ask you for joint sponsor or only new form for you husband
-
guys they asked me to provide original joint sponsor I 864 since i didn't submitted original to NVC also they need form 1040 for tax and W2 .
SO it easy if you guys submitted the original to NVC so embassy they will not ask for it again
my mean point was for my wife to must bein US before me and resubmit the above documents
-
I got i864a household checklist. .
what the reason is it missing information?!!... or NVC asked to fill I 864a
-
I-864 its the petitioner form need to fill up
I-864a its for the joint sponsor form need to fill up

Guys unfortunately my visa refused they need original document of my joint sponsor and w2 with clear copy of green card and they need letter from my family in case we are going to stay with our families or contract in case of lease a house one more point they told me to let my wife travel before me to USA
They told me to come back when all the above ready
-
HI normally AP taking 60 days maximum but usually before that you can take your visa
what about 221G letter what they wrote on it ?!! normally they asking for extra documents to be provide to them
-
Hi Anh map
Thanks for the link. She has been filling the US income tax and didn't have to pay. Her earnings are to low. That is way we have a joint sponsor. But as a petitioner she still needs to fill in a affidavit. But the address is the question.
so attach letter from her to nvc to explain that she has no income ....and she has to establish domicile as soon as your visa reach to nvc or embassy
-
seems it ok
