Yes it help the information, actually I just called the US embassy Manila regarding with the Affidavit in lieu of a certificate of legal capacity to contra, they said it can get at the same day. Like wat u people said earlier. And also my Bf is 34 and I am 30, we have been in relationship for more than a years.

And also, how many days to obtain the Affidavit in lieu of a certificate of legal capacity to contract marriage

My bf is planing to come over here in the Philippines to marry me on July first week.

The problem is we both don't know what are the documents for him to bring on hands aside his his birth certificate.
