She has already applied for her H1 visa. In that her status is single. Do we have to inform USCIS once the marriage is registered

My son a green card holder has been working in the US for the last 4 years. His girlfriend is studying in the US in a reputed college. She will be graduating on 23rd May 2015. She has been suitably placed in a company . The company has applied for her H1 visa which she is likely to get in octobet 2015. In the meanwhile she is authorized to work as an OTP till then . They both plan to register their marriage in the US as soon as she graduates in the last week of May 2015. My question is will she be able to continue working with an OTP and thereafter as a H1 visa holder for a couple of years. My son intends to apply for her green card only when he gets his citizenship.

Secondly after marriage does her status automatically change. Does the marriage registration have to be informed to USCIS or does the original status continue till she receives a green card.

Thirdly when she applies for a green card card till the time she gets it will there be any change in status or she continues working as an H1 visa holder.

Do guide me in these matters.
