    Ok guys, so now I go to the CEAC site just to see what the status says and it says Administrative Processing. Is that normal at this stage? The CO gave Issam a claim ticket yesterday and told him to return Tuesday to pick up his passport. Are we not out of the woods yet though? Ack, so stressful! Hope all is well with you all!!! <3

    You are good that's the process after it status will change to issued give it a week .

    Folks, I am on the SLEC website and what is this? Is it the NOA2?

    • letter of Case Number
    • Principal Applicant - original & 2 photocopies

      You need the NVC letter that start with the MNL CASE NO. you need to make 3 copies of that or if you received it via email print 3 copies as well

    • Derivative - 2 photocopies

    If Letter of Case Number was received via email, print 3 copies for the principal applicant and 2 copies for each derivative.

    Hi Guys,

    My fiancees interview is on June 2 (Good luck to us) . I just have a question on one of the income needed on the I-134 which is the value of the home. I have a condo which is worth $300+K now. I still have a mortgage of $125K. My income is above $50K per year. Do I have to add my condo in the list? If I didn't declare that and they found out that I own a house, is that going to be a problem? I'm just worried if I still have to declare my house value and mortgage in there or not?

    Please clear my mind.

    Hi guys just wondering, if the application is at NVC, can we call them and ask when are they gonna send to embassy? Will they give a specific date?

    I heard some people got their application stuck in NVC for months and it freaks me out a little bit.

    Once you got the NVC case no. just check through CEAC for status you will waste your time calling all they gonna tell you it will take 35 days from the time they received your petition from UCIS. And they wil not give you the specific date. Once they put your case in there system wait 7 days you should get the status through CEAC website.

    i had my interview just couple of days ago and my visa is approved :) , i would like to Answer 4 of the above question which is accurate according to my best knowledge :)

    I can Answer Question No 2 , 6 , 7 and 8 only .

    Ans to Q 2: I- 864 is for spouse visa and I-134 is for Fiancée/ Fiancé visa .

    Ans to Q 6: It is the date when you dated the I-129 petition and sent it off + don't forget to write your fiancé/ fiancée name (beneficiary name)

    Ans to Q 7: "Do not intent" because as you will have to support your fiancée / fiancé as a whole.

    Ans to Q 8: Only signature and Date.

    Thanks for your input on question 6! I better write this in! I'm glad you posted this before I sent off my form!

    Question 6 the date that they received your I129f it should say on your NOA1

    got nothing at all. Just used ceac tracker. And as soon as it said in transit i filled out DS form and booked an interview and paided the fee. I didnt hear anything untill the embassy sent me the email saying they have my case and the checklist. I had already done it all in this weekend and got the email on monday. So i didnt even wait for any response. And it worked out fine ❤️? but you will not get anything from NVC. You are supposed to get a hardcopy feom NVC but that can take a month. So dont wait for a indifferent letter stating they sent ur case. U just use ceac tracker ????

    After we got our number it still took almost a week before they sent it and embassy got it. I wouldnt worry at all. The processing pile is just so he wont promise you a certain date it will be shipped off at for sure. Just go to ceac tracker and add ur new number and follow it there. It will say at NVC for maybe a few days. And then go to " in transit" and the. Ready. Best advice i got is just check ceac tracker ❤️Camilla[/quote

    Did you get an email or letter from NVC? And if you did how long did you wait ?
