I am so excited !! Finally March is here...I'll be filing my application by March 23, 2016 in Fresno, California.

Received green card on 06/19/2013.

Will update once I send it to USCIS.

before I Leave maybe any of you can answer this my question.

so when applying for Naturalization for Spouses (me) of U.S. Citizens (husband), is it same 90days before green card anniversary or has to be on or after the 3 year green card anniversary?

Biometrics appointment done. One of the security men at the door just asked "Fingerprints?" I said yes and he pointed to the office to which I was to go. There was one other person getting his fingerprints taken at the time I walked in there.
Long story short: I was in and out in less than 10 mins. The gentleman at the desk was very cordial, he stamped my letter without questioning my early arrival.
Now let the waiting begin.

What's next after biometrics done?

I got my biometrics letter today which is scheduled for 05/26/2015 and notice date is 05/09/2015.

From what I have seen the biometrics letter definitely seems to take a while, longer than NOA, to get. Might take a month, maybe more or so.

Have any of you got biometrics notice if so after how many days? I received a letter on 25april uscis extended my green card to a year also states that I will receive biometric letter with case number. Nothing in mail. Just worried hope my mailman didn't misplaced it. ?????

ROC Timeline

I am a new bee on this forum and read a lot of good information. Thank You all for sharing your experience and updating all of us. Preparing all my doc and will be joining April filers. Hopefully by tomorrow I will file it with California Service Center . Nervous and excited I have mixed feeling right now.

I binder clipped my information. I included a cover page to illustrate the contents of the petition (in order), and used paper clips to organize each component (i.e., paper clipped monthly bank statements, and then a larger paper clip on all bank statements). I would suggest including the checks for the fees in an envelope and paper clip it to the Form so that they don't get lost in the shuffle when the package is opened.

I used a flat rate USPS priority express envelope, and that seemed to work. I mean, they cashed my checks, so at least USCIS found those...

Pictures are not primary evidence, if you have all above I don't think you need any lawyers. Good luck.

Is there a reason you NEED an attorney? Something complicated about you case that perhaps you have not shared with us?

Attorneys don't CARE about us and our success in getting through all of the hoops. They get paid either way.

Only you can take as much care as needed in order to make sure you are prepared and ready to go. If you don't NEED an attorney due to complications in your case, I say don't bother. Save the money and take a fun trip this summer!

I dont have any complications in my case. We both are living happily it just I am nervous and someone suggested go through an attorney. I think you are right I should save that money.

I have gone through this entire process without an attorney, there is a ton of great information on here and a lot of knowledgeable people that have been through the process that will answer questions you have. But first spend some time reading the pinned threads.

You have a lot of good evidence and you can get affidavits from your family to say you are living together with them.

Ultimately it's your decision to use an attorney, I don't know anything about the process of hiring one.

all we have is:

• joint bank accounts
• pge bill
• joint saving account
• life insurance my husband as beneficiary
• car isurance
• car title both our name
• he recently started a job so we have health insurance me as beneficiary
• two year taxes
• few photos of two us and few with family mom dad brother in law n sister in law , just casual pics clicked at home.
• we never go out on weekend gatherings , did not even go to any weddings coz nobody invited us and not very fond of clicking lot of pictures usually click selfies or have invidiual pics (I heard pics are not that important ?)
