Cheeryone got a reaction from Rob L in A lawyer in California is pushing a ballot measure to legalize killing gay people
It will be funny to see the haters faces when gay marriage is legal all over. Marriage = legal contract, not religious document.

Marriage is a legal contract between TWO people. Not between three, four, a thousand... It is also not between a person and an animal. That is such a tired excuse it is sad.

There is no rational reason to oppose gay marriage. Anyone who does so is bigoted against homosexuals, either in a passive sense or in the homophobic sense.

After you get married and have obtained your marriage certificate you need to file for Adjustment of Status (AOS). The process can take several months depending on the workload of the USCIS office. Once you're ready to apply, check the timelines of people in the same local office recently approved to get an idea. You can apply (with no additional cost) for a work permit and a travel permit which approximately takes 90 days, though can be as early as 60. Check out the guides above for AOS.
Good Luck!
